The Aussie-born, Canadian-made powerhouse behind Fck Yes Fitness — a bold, no-BS daily live workout that meets you exactly where you're at.

In 2025, after having my thyroid cancer, I hit pause on my career as a award winning filmmaker and stepped into a new role: fitness leader. I built FYF to deliver high-intensity, fun-as-hell workouts that help you move your body, feel strong, and actually enjoy the process.

My mission? To help you show up for yourself, sweat it out, and say “Fck Yes!” to feeling good.

  • Fck Yes Fitness is an unapologetic, bold, high-energy 30-minute workout. Classes are delivered live - online every morning at 7am. Beyond getting our asses in shape, FYF is focused on self-love and personal growth.

  • We keep it simple, baby. We work with our body weight as the weight. All you need is.

    1. A yoga mat.

    2. Water.

    3. Internet Connection.

  • I Live Stream a new class at 7 am PST on YouTube. You can meet me on the mat at 7:00 a.m. or work out later in the day. Consistency is key.

    • It’s Raw: Real + Live Streamed + Fun: No two workouts are the same.

    • No Equipment Needed: Just your body weight. It’s amazing what you can do.

    • Efficient. Each class is 30 minutes, totalling 2.5 hours of exercise per week. We recommend hitting 3 classes a week to see results.

    • Community: Stay motivated with our squad online + with IRL events.

    • Challenges + Prizes: Monthly giveaways.
