This summer we’ve been taking to Sunset Beach Concession | Monday 6:30. It’s been really rad and a chance for us to get to know each other more IRL. It’s also giving me practice holding a 60 minute class - which is kinda challenging. TBH the hardest part is knowing how hard to push people. When I am doing online workouts - I can’t see people (anymore it wasnt that long ago we were on Google Meets). Now I look out to the squad, squating, sweating, churing and burning and I think ‘oh shit? how hard is this… probably harder than I think lol.
