LIVE from FYF WEBSITE

Evovling is part of the process! In January we started on Google Meet with no music, then we tried Zoom (which was terrible) then I tried just going live on Instagram which brought a bunch of weirdo slavic guys… I than found a great platform called StreamYard. Which allowed us to play music and gave our squad an easy way to login. But, it also came with challenges; babes who didn’t have great internet really struggled and as an instructor I would have to let ppl in which was tricky if you came in a couple mins after 7am. So now I am trying with an embedded stream that will GO LIVE straight from my website. It’s not gonna be perfect but Fck it - whats the worst that could happen.

So what does it mean for me? You need to JOIN and LOG IN (from what I can tell you should only need to do this once and as long as your membership is active)

Let’s put it to the test! I am running a small challenge for next week - if you make it to more than 3 days on FYF you will get a PRIZE

As this takes an element of community out which is something that helps with building accountabilty. So for June and July I am going to running FYF Classes LIVE IN TROUT LAKE in EAST VAN Monday Nights 7pm. More on this n upcoming collabs with Slow Girls Run Club and other movement minded folx in Vancouver~
